To ensure high-quality care, we are currently applying a patient intake stop.
Exceptions are made for family members living with existing patients and for residents of Zaventem centre (not Sterrebeek, Nossegem, Sint-Stevens-Woluwe, or other municipalities).
If you cannot immediately find an available time slot in the online agenda, please don’t hesitate to call us for urgent questions or problems that require a quicker visit. We will see what can be arranged together.
If you do not cancel your appointment or cancel it late (less than 1 hour before the appointment), we reserve the right to charge a fee. If this happens 3 times in 12 months, you will no longer be able to make an appointment in our practice.
If your own GP is on holiday, please contact their replacement.
Before making an appointment, please read the IMPORTANT GUIDELINES below:
- If you have symptoms of sickness, please wear a face mask.
- We try to strictly adhere to the scheduled time. If you think you may need more than 15 minutes (e.g. ECG, Pap smear, minor procedure, or a longer conversation), please mention this when booking.
- If you are coming with two people, please book two separate appointments.
